We were approached to assess an unused barn on a larger estate. Through extensive consultations with the client, we were able to understand their vision for the site.
We offered a range of services, including a competitive analysis of similar local sites, a three-year profit and loss forecast, detailed site plans and interior design ideas, indicative capital investment costs, and a comprehensive marketing plan with proposed branding.
We were approached by the previous owners of Wentworth Woodhouse, a grand property in Yorkshire, to assess its potential for launching an events offer.
The team compiled a detailed report including an analysis of building and fit-out costs, model operating contracts, a full marketplace analysis, interior designs for the events space, a comprehensive business plan, and outline marketing collateral.
The National Trust asked us to evaluate the existing events business at Nostell Priory. The goal was to generate substantial income from these events without disrupting the experience for day visitors.
The interior design and a program of works was agreed to make the space suitable. In six months, all the necessary mobilisation works, including licensing and conservation considerations, were completed.
