We were approached to assess an unused barn on a larger estate. Through extensive consultations with the client, we were able to understand their vision for the site. To help them understand the site's potential, we offered a range of services, including a competitive analysis of similar local sites, a three-year profit and loss forecast, detailed site plans and interior design ideas, indicative capital investment costs, and a comprehensive marketing plan with proposed branding.

Equipped with this information, the client was able to fully assess the opportunities available and the associated business implications. We continued to assist the client by facilitating the hiring process, helping them identify the team members they wanted exclusively for the venue and determining which roles would be fulfilled by our central team. Additionally, we supported the recruitment and interview process, ensuring the client had the right personnel in place.

As bookings were secured, our experienced in-house planners managed all client communication and coordination, employing our efficient event management process. We also prepared and trained the team for the venue's opening, guaranteeing a smooth and successful launch. After opening, we took responsibility for the venue's operations, providing comprehensive sales, marketing, venue management, event management, and hospitality services.
